Story
Some of you think you know the story about how we met.
You've heard that we met through the incredible match-making skills of our mutual friend, the great Ari Goodman.
We actually met on a redhead's only dating website, Gingers Only. We both secretly dreamed of starting a redhead factory to keep our orange hair color alive, producing as many redheaded children as possible.
We have one so far...
Who made the first move? How?
Bryan lurked behind after all the other friends left after a dinner party. He picked up Trish's tarot deck and pulled the lovers card. He then gave her a hug and didn't let go.
What's your favorite activity together?
Showering! We've stopped counting but we've clocked showers together in 5 countries and continue our daily ritual at home even after Una was born.
Exploring the mountains with you! Our dearest family and friends.
We also love wearing each other clothes and getting our friends and family to open our chest of costumes and get silly!
We also like hiking and long walks on the beach.
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
The Dolomites Sept 2026 - everyone is invited!
Seriously we love it there.
FAQs
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
What should I wear?
We're calling it forest formal - by this we mean wear something you will be comfortable in for the mountains and the outdoors, but also for a wedding! You can get creative with how formal or less formal you want to be! Check out our pinterest board for some inspiration:

Once the sun goes down, it will get cold, and the best way to stay warm is with some sparkles and fur!
For the rest of the weekend, we have chosen some themes, if you feel inspired to join us, please do! We love the energy of dressing up as a community, it is one of our favorite activities as a couple and we hope to reflect that on our wedding weekend.
For Friday- the theme is GOLD! Anything gold goes, the more the better.
See our pinterest board for inspiration:

For Sunday - the theme is caftans and Hawaiian shirts!
We will have our costume racks up and are searching our favorite thrift shops for new things to add.
Are kids welcome?
We thought long and hard about how to handle this decision. Since we are late to the marriage party, we couldn't figure out a way to accommodate 40+ children at our wedding. This breaks our hearts! Please know that children are welcome at the events on Friday and Sunday, if you are able to coordinate childcare offsite on Saturday. There will be some exceptions, such as our nieces and nephews and infants under one (Una's guestlist).
Please reach out to us directly if we can help you coordinate childcare in any way.
What will the weather be like?
The weather starts to cool down in the evenings in September, so get yourself to your closest thrift store and find a giant fur ASAP if you don't have one already!
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking onsite.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony and dinner will be outdoors, there is a large barn for dancing. Bring furs for night time.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please let us know in your RSVP if you are vegetarian or pescatarian, as we are having a buffet on our wedding day. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know directly. There will be gluten free options.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
Yes there will be a shuttle on the wedding day to offside lodging from 3pm-12:30am.
Let us know if you want the shuttle in your RSVP. Shuttles will be to/from the Kirkwood Resort parking lot and other offsite locations (Kit Carson, Silver Lake camping) as needed.
Is there cell reception or wifi at the venue?
There is very limited WiFI at the venue (only in the saloon). There is also limited cell reception.
Are dogs allowed?
We loooooove dogs, but unfortunately the venue does not allow them.
Please see our wedding venue website for more info on what to expect.
Whom should I call with questions?
Trish: 707-695-3377
Bryan: 650-868-3142
Katie (Trish's sister): 415-542-6763
Message us with your questions!
Is there a gifts registry?

Will there be dancing?
oh yeah, we will DANCE!
What other fun things are you planning?
Dance class & sound healing!
Saturday morning: dance class, sound healing and lake plunge!
We will have a sauna & cold plunge on site all weekend:
There will be a coffee cart on-site (Aimee's Coffee Cabin) making espresso drinks for guests from 9am-11am on Saturday & Sunday.
More activities to come!
Registry
We already feel showered with love after Una's birth last year! Above anything, we welcome cash gifts towards our wedding/honeymoon fund. Still updating this page, we put together a short list of a few things we would love (we are ready to jump on the air fryer bandwagon!) We are grateful.
