It’s been 4 1/2 years since I incurred my brain injury.

Far faster than the re-mastery of my skills, (walking, speaking, carrying things steadily and handwriting) came the memory of how things should be done, or, better stated, is how I used to do them.

This exhausting work, sans equatable results, incites massive impatience. I know precisely how easy these things once were to complete, but the current actuality (in which my muscles refuse to listen to the direction of my brain), isn’t nearly as successful. This is very disheartening (not to mention, rediculously tiring!)

But, I won’t give up. The saying -> “try, try again” is especially applicable to me now.

My current hardships are in fact MUCH less severe than they once were (hence the lingering exhaustion.) But it’s impossible to retain this motivational perspective all of the time.

Handwriting is among the most frustrating now, nearly to the point of abandon.

NEARLY

Motivating memoroies, which are continuolously offered to me, primarily by Tese, encourage perseverance through my tedious, discouraging & sorrowful, reclamation.

This positivity is essential.

To aid the consistency of my motiivation, I must continuously remember, that I’ve progressed significantly already, to reach my current state.

Internal motivation is essential now, but also, medically recognized as incredibly difficult to foster, with a brain injury.

Internal motivation is in-fact supported by external perception however (especially of individuals well versed in recovery). They have been in disbelief about the extensiveness of my recovery.
