I’m enjoying a show called Californication. It’s both funny & sad, because I observe many commonalities between a main character and I. She’s a teeny-bopper whose parents recently split up and she’s now stating her preference of where to stay.
Another main character (the dad I just mentioned) is a writer. So there’s that, it’s in Cali. & there’s a main character staying with her parents (granted, this is far more appropriate for her age)
It’s hard for me not to consider the irony here.
