Apparently, due to what this website says: http://grist.org/cities/spared-by-climate-change-the-10-best-cities-to-ride-out-hot-times/ my 2 homes are the best places to live during climate change. Seeing as San Francisco & Seattle are two fairly cool places – does this surprise me? No 🙂 it doesn’t. Particularly because everywhere is getting warmer.
The earth’s temperature will likely increase substantially and therefore rainfall will too. Seattleites tend to be fairly used to large, and fairly constant precipitation, so they may not even notice the change. San Franciscan’s… I’m not sure. I guess because I’m a born Seattleite, a bit of rain doesn’t bother me in the slightest. A rain-storm even calls for a celebratory rain dance 🙂
