Ha! It’s funny because I have such an affinity for chocolate, I feel like that could have been the title for this whole blog. Luckily, lately, I made a delicious treat. Gluten and dairy free- that’s quite a task. OK who am I kidding, I din’t make it, I’m just thoroughly enjoying it. Emily made it, which was very kind of her. You’d think writing about food, having food restrictions and enjoying it so, would encourage me to learn how to make it. Not until lately, have I taken the opportunity to learn more about it & practice more.
So yes, Emily recently made a delicious concoction that I’m still enjoying. It’s yummy and beautiful. I wouldn’t choose to label it a concoction as that makes it sound scientific. I think creation fits it much more nicely.
