I feel very fulfilled today. I’m in Cali, which feels very organic. Yes, I’m quite aware I didn’t grow up in Cali but it feels very natural now, Today was such a treat 🙂 I was able to see my great friend Zoe & seeing her felt like reconnecting. We had great fun at the river- both wading and talking. She even did me a great service by telling me that the day before the accident I was quite worried for my safety. I asked her if I could sleep in her cabin, since I was worried that there were venomous spiders in my cabin. So even though I had the antagonist wrong, I knew something dangerous would happen. And sure enough, it did! It’s a bit ironic because even though I would never recommend this to anyone, I do think it may have brought me enlightenment. I was very prepared too to go through this, just being at the (ha I call it the yoga farm but I’m aware the Sanctuary is the real name 😉 so I was in fantastic shape. We’d been working out everyday + eating no meet and meditating each day. So, both my mind and body were prepared. Appropriate no!!?
